LineTappyPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information XOR Core, doing business as LineTappy ("LineTappy", "we"), collects, how we use it, and your choices. It covers the LineTappy app, this website and our support channels.
What LineTappy stores
- Your account: your email address and sign-in details, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. We never see your password.
- Your Twilio connection: your Twilio Account SID and the API key LineTappy uses, encrypted with keys held in hardware security modules. If you connect with your Auth Token, it's used once to create that key and is never stored.
- Your choices: which of your numbers LineTappy uses, your block list, and how each number's calls and texts are handled, including a copy of the Twilio settings we changed so we can put them back.
- Your devices: a notification token for each phone you sign in on, so we can tell it a new text has arrived.
- Subscription status, from Google Play or our payment processor. We don't see or store full card numbers.
What LineTappy doesn't store
Your texts, photos and call recordings stay in your own Twilio account. LineTappy passes them to your phone when you use the app, and keeps a copy only on your phone. Notifications we send carry an ID, not the message.
How we use information
Only to provide LineTappy: signing you in, connecting to your Twilio account, delivering your texts and calls, notifying your phone, billing, keeping the service secure, and answering support requests. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our messaging provider), only to provide the service.

Service providers
We use Microsoft Azure (hosting and encrypted storage), Google Firebase (sign-in and notifications), Twilio (your own account, which you connect) and, for subscriptions, Google Play and our payment processor. Each handles data under its own privacy terms and only as needed to provide LineTappy.
Security
Credentials are encrypted and can only be decrypted by the LineTappy service, never by staff in the normal course of business. Connections are encrypted in transit. Logs are filtered so they never contain credentials.
Your choices
- Disconnect your Twilio account at any time in the app's Settings; we forget its key and restore your numbers' original Twilio settings.
- Delete your account by emailing contactus@linetappy.com (in-app deletion is coming); we then erase your account data.
- Ask what we hold about you, or to correct it, at the same address.
Children
LineTappy isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
